Am I weird for baking cookies like this?

Does anyone else ever bake cookies in a single sheet like a brownie? I’m not really a fan of things like pizza crusts or bread crusts or muffin bottoms… and I hate crumbly cookies. This is how I maximize the ratio of soft chewy cookie centers to crunchy cookie edges.


Am I just being super OCD on this?


I’m too lazy to blog in the conventional sense right now, so just deal with what are essentially long tweets…
