Does anyone else ever bake cookies in a single sheet like a brownie? I’m not really a fan of things like pizza crusts or bread crusts or muffin bottoms… and I hate crumbly cookies. This is how I maximize the ratio of soft chewy cookie centers to crunchy cookie edges.
Am I just being super OCD on this?
